


The lysozyme is a kind of Glycoside hydrolases which is widely present in the plant and animal. It mainly acts on the ß-1, 4glycosidic bond between NAM and NAC. The lytic mechanism for bacterial killing by lysozyme include enzymatic peptidoglycan hydrolysis of bacterial wall and induction of autolysis that can cause bacterial autolysis.
As a nonspecific immune factors in body fluids and organization, lysozyme participates in kinds of immune response to improve and enhance the swallowing & digestive function of macrophages, and activate swallowing function of other interleukin, then enhance the body’s resistance. It can play an important role in maintaining the intestinal flora balance, promoting the Bifidobacterium proliferation, prevention of enteritis and allergy. In addition, lysozyme also can directly act on the viral protein with loads, to make the virus inactivation.
Lysozyme is a kind of microbial source one which is fermented through microbe (pichia pastoris), using of genetic engineering & technology. It has the function of broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory, anti-virus, enhancing the immunity and repairing injured body tissue, promoting the proliferation of useful bacteria and so on.
