DESCRIPTION:

Levofloxacin is the most advanced antibiotic combination which controls infections effectively against drug resistant bacteria causing severe infections like CRD,CCRD, Colisepticaemia, Salmonellosis, Infectious Coryza, Fowl Cholera, Necrotic Enteritis,Gangrenous Dermatitis, Non specific & secondary bacterial infections during viral diseases etc.

Norfloxacin is an antibiotic in a group of drugs called fluoroquinolones (flor-o-KWIN-o-lones). Norfloxacin fights bacteria in the animal body. Norfloxacin is used to treat different bacterial infections of the prostate or urinary tract (bladder and kidneys). Norfloxacin is also used to treat Gastrointestinal, respiratory and urinary tract infections caused by norfloxacin sensitive microorganisms, like Campylobacter, E. coli, Haemophilus, Mycoplasma, Pasteurella Multocida and Salmonella spp. in calves, goats, poultry, sheep and swine.

CONTRA INDICATIONS:

Hypersensitivity to norfloxacin. Administration to animals with a seriously impaired hepatic and/or renal function. Concurrent administration of tetracyclines, chloramphenicol, macrolides and lincosamides.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:

Treatment: 1 gm per 1 liters drinking water, for 5-7 days.
Prevention : 1 gm per 2 liters drinking water, for 5-7 days.
